What Debenda costs.

The tools on this site are free, and they don’t ask you to sign up. The paid plan is one flat price a month. It’s never a percentage of anything.

The paid plan

Debenda keeps your government-invoice ledger current from the WAWF emails you forward, works out the interest you’re owed to the cent, flags the 40-day penalty window, and hands you the letters to send. a month, flat.

One business, every contract it bills

What stays free

These stay free, and none of them asks you to sign up:

Nothing you type into them leaves your browser. What we collect.

Never a percentage

The price is flat. It’s never a percentage of what you recover, never a success fee and never a share of anything. Payments go from the government straight to you. Debenda never touches the money.

You send the letters

Debenda hands you each letter filled in from your own ledger. You read it, change what you like, and send it under your own name. Debenda never contacts the government for you.

No uploads, no PIEE login

Debenda never asks for your PIEE login and never takes contract documents. The paid plan will work from the WAWF status emails you forward, and it won’t keep attachments. You never need to give us CUI.

The 40-day window

When a late payment arrives without the interest owed on it, and the interest still isn’t paid within 10 days, you can ask in writing for an extra penalty: as much again as the interest, at least $25 and at most $5,000. The request has to go out by the 40th day after the payment (5 CFR 1315.11). The paid plan flags that deadline for you.
